Welcome to the mobile applications (the “Apps”) operated by Go bee LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our Apps.
01Eligibility and Accounts
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the Apps.
- Account Security: If an App requires you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
02In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Our Apps may offer digital content, features, or services for purchase (“In-App Purchases”) or on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscriptions”).
- Third-Party Billing: All financial transactions, billing, and payment processing are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). You agree to comply with all relevant terms of service of the respective app store.
- Pricing: We reserve the right to modify the pricing, features, or availability of any In-App Purchases or Subscriptions at any time. Any price changes for ongoing Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period, and you will be notified in advance.
03Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Rules
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- How to Cancel: You must manage and cancel your subscription directly through your device’s native app store account settings. Go bee LLC does not have the technical authority or ability to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
- Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current, paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your active billing period.
iOS/Apple Users: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select the Go bee App subscription, and tap Cancel.
Android/Google Users: Open the Google Play Store App > Menu > Subscriptions, select the Go bee App subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
04Refund Policy
Because all transactions are processed directly by Apple or Google, Go bee LLC cannot issue direct refunds to users.
- Refund Requests: If you wish to request a refund, you must submit a request directly through the platform where the purchase was made, subject to that platform’s refund policies (e.g., Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or Google Play’s refund support system).
05Third-Party Advertisements
Our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, specifically Google AdMob. These advertisements may link to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Go bee LLC. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services advertised within our Apps.
06Intellectual Property
All content, code, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software contained within the Apps are the exclusive property of Go bee LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
07Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
- “As Is” Basis: The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go bee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Apps.
08Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Go bee LLC is legally registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
